Yesterday at the first of the #GetDigital workshops we’re running in Whanganui (the second one is this afternoon), we had a bunch of tourism operators keen to know more about TripAdvisor. 

You may have your website setup ad facebook sorted, but TripAdvisor is where a huge number of visitors are starting their booking journey before they leave home. The reason is simple: TripAdvisor is where fellow travellers leave reviews, so its the best place to find out what your BnB, motel or thing-to-do is really like.

For a real life example of best practice, look no further than Taumaranui’s Epic Cycle Adventures. Their page is the way to do it, and has been recognised as such with a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence.
